Helter Skelter (Dispensa)

The dispensa (a black-and-white reader edition) of Helter Skelter, Fondazione Prada's two-person exhibition of the American artists Arthur Jafa (b. 1960) and Richard Prince (b. 1949) at its Venice venue, Ca' Corner della Regina (9 May – 23 November 2026).

Part of Fondazione Prada's Dispense series, this 436-page softcover reprints the full-colour catalogue in black and white with 180 illustrations at 17 × 22.7 cm. It carries the same texts: an introduction by Miuccia Prada, visual essays by both artists, a Jafa–Prince conversation, Nancy Spector's curatorial essay The American Vernacular: Unpolished Truths, essays by Aria Dean, Ashley James, and Amy Taubin, and nine short essays crossing contemporary American culture (Greil Marcus, Jack Halberstam, Dorian Lynskey, Beth Coleman, and others), plus the exhibition checklist and Italian translations.
