Slanted Magazine #45—Sex explores themes of gender, body image, and sexuality from both contemporary and historical perspectives. The magazine presents artistic positions dealing with body politics and self-image, featuring work that challenges the underrepresentation of marginalized bodies—including non-binary, queer, disabled, and racialized individuals.

Through provocative imagery and diverse stories, the publication opens dialogue about bodies and belonging. The issue draws from the Archive Artist Publications' collection of over 89,988 rare zines, booklets, posters, and printed matter, in collaboration with Archive Artist Publications (AAP), Munich, directed by Hubert Kretschmer.

A special edition is available that includes four art prints by Guillaume Kashima.
