The magazine features work from designers, illustrators, and artists based in Cairo, other Egyptian cities, and internationally. It includes in-depth essays and articles on cultural, social, and creative topics related to Cairo and Egypt.

The design features radiant sandy hues and bright pink accents with classic yet modern pyramid motifs finished with hot foil embossing.

A limited Special Edition includes five stunning photo prints by photographer Markus Lange. The issue also features a hoodie collaboration with Reell and Negmedine Khaled, and a special short film "Cairo Unscripted—Exploring Cairo's Past, Present, and Creative Future" by design studio Ntsal.
