Walter Robinson Paintings on Paper 2009-2020 is a self-published catalogue surveying a decade of work on paper by the painter, critic and Pictures Generation figure Walter Robinson, issued by his own imprint Fulton Ryder in 2021.

The staple-bound catalogue reproduces Robinson's figurative pop paintings full-bleed across its pages, with text by the critic Sarah Nicole Prickett. Robinson's paintings on paper of this period continue the pulpy, appropriated imagery — romance-novel covers, junk food, pharmaceutical packaging — that defined his painting since the 1980s.

Robinson (1950-2025) trained at Columbia University and the Whitney Independent Study Program before settling into SoHo in the 1970s. He co-founded the art zine Art-Rite with Edit DeAk, served as news editor of Art in America from 1980 to 1996, was art editor of the East Village Eye in the early 1980s, and founded Artnet Magazine in 1996, editing it until 2012. As a painter he became known for postmodern still lifes built from mass-market imagery and, in the mid-1980s, for large-scale spin paintings that predated Damien Hirst's. His work was the subject of a 2014-16 touring survey and of the 2021 biography A Kiss Before Dying by Richard Milazzo.
