Toilet Paper: Diamond Collection

A limited edition of 1,000 numbered copies that pairs a Toilet Paper book with a special issue of the magazine, published by Damiani in 2014.

The front cover of the book carries a lenticular image. The magazine, issued for the occasion as the Toiletpaper Diamond Magazine, combines Toilet Paper pictures in an arrangement not printed before. As in every issue, there is no text.

Toilet Paper is the artists' magazine created by Maurizio Cattelan and Pierpaolo Ferrari, first published in 2010. Cattelan (b. 1960) turned to it after his 2011 retrospective at the Guggenheim Museum in New York. Ferrari is a fashion and advertising photographer who began working with L'Uomo Vogue in 2007. Their pictures use the methods of commercial photography for staged, surreal scenes.
