Published by Viaindustriae in 2014, this first edition documents Richard Prince's work regarding books and collections from 1981 to 2014. Conceived as an invitation to browse the library of an amateur collector rather than a formal catalogue raisonné, the publication addresses Prince's production of artists' books and his personal library over 33 years. Edited by Christophe Daviet-Thery and Jérôme Saint-Loubert Bié, the volume captures Prince's engagement with appropriation, collecting, and publishing as artistic practices. Published following exhibitions at Palazzo Collicola Arti Visive in Spoleto and at Christophe Daviet-Thery gallery in Paris in 2012.
