Not a proper catalogue raisonné, the publication is conceived as an invitation to browse the library of an amateur collector, addressing Prince's production of artists' books and his personal library over four decades. The 368-page volume captures Prince's engagement with appropriation, collecting, and publishing as artistic practices. Edited by Christophe Daviet-Thery and Jérôme Saint-Loubert Bié, this edition follows exhibitions at Palazzo Collicola Arti Visive in Spoleto, Christophe Daviet-Thery gallery in Paris (2012), and Centre de la photographie Genève (2021).
