This page documents the JSON schema for the /data/books.json endpoint.
The books collection is an array of book objects, each containing comprehensive bibliographic and physical metadata. Every object carries the same 39 keys, the 37 catalogue columns plus collection and cover_url; all values are strings, and an unrecorded field is an empty string rather than null.
