Adam Baran interviews the artist Francesco Vezzoli, photographed by Marcelo Krasilcic, in what the magazine bills as a strikingly honest conversation about sex. Frank Rodriguez writes on the pornographer Joe Gage, Lernert Engelberts interviews Dirty Danny in Amsterdam, photographed by Jop van Bennekom, and Danny McFadden interviews Buck Angel. James Anderson contributes "66 sentences about Jim," photographed by Benjamin Alexander Huseby, who also supplies a portfolio. Walter Pfeiffer photographs Ricardo and Johannes, Luis Venegas files "Un hombre español," Derek Jackson "I Am Derek" and Daniel Riera a calendar of Spanish cocks.

BUTTSTUFF closes the issue, as it did every issue from BUTT 9 until the format was retired in 2008.
