AA Bronson interviews the photographer Paul Mpagi Sepuya, illustrated with Sepuya's own pictures; Adam Baran interviews Peter Party, photographed by Miguel Villalobos; Jop van Bennekom talks to the celebrity photographer Gary Lee Boas, photographed by Marc Zaffuto; and Bruce Benderson writes on Ian and Joe. Cesar Padilla contributes "Drummers," Daniel Riera photographs Lernert Engelberts as the centerfold and Alessandro Di Giampietro files "Italiani."

Sepuya's first appearance in the magazine as a subject; he was still shooting for BUTT sixteen years later, in issue 34.
