Dietmar Schwärzler meets the German director Rosa von Praunheim, photographed by Heinz Peter Knes; Michael Bullock interviews the creator of Thugs4thugsex.com about his Brooklyn sex parties; Billy Miller of Straight to Hell talks to the Canadian underwear designer Will Munro, photographed by Kyle Tryhorn; Cesar Padilla covers the Kentucky artist Stephen Irwin; and Luis Venegas interviews the Spanish teenager Íñigo. Terry Richardson photographs the Hungarian porn actor Arpad Miklos in New York, and the issue reprints a portfolio of Keith Haring's penis drawings, all made on one day in 1978 while he was still at art school.

Reader submissions run between the features throughout, the format the magazine kept after retiring BUTTSTUFF the previous issue.
