Autumn and Winter 2011, a double issue at a hundred and forty-four pages, published after nearly two years away and structured as an alphabet of homosexuality.

BUTT A–Z runs from A for Adriano, on Adriano Cintra by Danny Calvi and Marcelo Krasilcic, to XYZ by Gert Jonkers and Jop van Bennekom. Along the way: Wolfgang Tillmans on buzz cuts and on Karl, Cary Kwok on cum, Guy Trebay and Chris Beckham on Jonah Falcon, Paul Flynn and Alasdair McLellan on Jonny Pierce, Charlie Porter and Andreas Larsson on the calligrapher Paul Antonio, John Waters and Miguel Villalobos on Dina Martina, Gert Jonkers and Daniel Riera on Rick Owens, Michael Bullock and Marcelo Krasilcic on Telfar Clemens, and Cesar Padilla on vintage.

The issue carries two covers, both of Karl from Berlin, photographed by Wolfgang Tillmans. It was the last BUTT for eleven years.
