Spring 2022, the issue that brought BUTT back into print after eleven years, made by an editorial club rather than by two editors.

Spyros Rennt photographs the DJ Babynymph. CL Mayers and Cameron Ugbodu write on Ajamu X and his Black Perverts Network in London; Felix Burrichter and Kuba Ryniewicz cover the hairdresser Holli Smith; AA Bronson and Victor Luque interview the porn actor Billy Vega; Karol Radziszewski and Ryniewicz document Homokomando in Poland; Prem Sahib and Ryniewicz interview Sunil Gupta about cruising with a camera; Erik Wong and Anton Shebetko talk to Richard John Jones; and Gert Jonkers interviews the actor Félix Maritaud, photographed by Rennt. Clifford Prince King and Willy Ndatira contribute "Sequence," Heinz Peter Knes "Joint" and David Lindert "Teargarten." Sean DeLear's 1979 diaries run as "Tony's Diary."

The masthead is a list rather than a hierarchy, and it names Jessica Gysel, who had started BUTT's lesbian sister magazine twenty years earlier.
