Useful Photography #007

Useful Photography #007 is the awards issue, given over to photographs from the world of everyday, non-celebrity achievement.

The subject is the trophy in its ordinary forms. Idea Books notes that awards exist for every modest occasion, profession and hobby, and the issue collects photographs from that world. Hans Aarsman, Claudie de Cleen, Julian Germain, Erik Kessels and Hans van der Meer collected and edited it. It is a 64-page softcover in color and black and white, 21 by 29.7 cm, published by KesselsKramer in Amsterdam in 2007.

The series is an annual magazine of overlooked, underwhelming images made for practical purposes, edited by Erik Kessels with Aarsman, Germain and Frank Schallmaier. De Cleen and van der Meer are listed as previous editors.
