Purple Fashion Magazine Issue 27 (Volume III)

Spring/Summer 2017, the last issue of Volume III, running a "Sex Fashion" suite across six photographers and William Eggleston interviewed by Terry Richardson.

Camille Vivier, Jack Pierson, Casper Sejersen, Sandy Kim, Pierre-Ange Carlotti and Olivier Zahm each shoot a Sex Fashion chapter. Zahm interviews Rick Owens and Vanessa Beecroft, Aaron Rose talks to Mike Mills and Jérôme Sans to Julio Le Parc and to Alan Vega. Ren Hang contributes "Endgame" and Ryan McGinley "Early" and "Ryan and Marc." Beauty is given to Charlotte Rutherford under the heading H+/Transhumanism, and the news pages carry Karley Sciortino on anti-penetration, Daniel Pinchbeck on fake news, Éric Troncy, and Glenn O'Brien's "If you can make it here." Zahm photographs Frank Lloyd Wright's Los Angeles houses.

John Currin closes the issue with "To paint is to love again." Purple relaunched as Volume IV the following season.
